To facilitate parking management, the service provider requests that you keep your keys.
Oversized vehicles (vans, panel vans, pickup trucks, etc.) are not accepted. If a customer arrives with this type of vehicle, the reservation price will have to be paid a second time.
The remaining balance of the reservation will be payable on site. For each day of delay, a supplement of €10 per day will be payable on site upon return. If a customer misses their flight or encounters a problem with their documents and wishes to return the next day, a supplement of €25 will be charged to cover the cost of the shuttle and check-in fees.
In case of a return before the scheduled date, the service provider must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. In the absence of notification, a €85 assistance fee may be charged for the vehicle's return, subject to logistical feasibility. If immediate return is not possible, the vehicle will be returned the following day. In the event of a missed flight or early return, the reservation is non-refundable.
